Patricia J. Washburn is the founder and owner of Eunice Pomfret Media in Portland, Maine.

She develops and produces technical documents and Web sites for a variety of local and national clients. She brings together many skills under such titles as Web developer, project manager, and technical writer. She has an M.S. in cybersecurity and is a Certified Security Analyst (CySA+).

She began her career as a newspaper copy editor, then moved to online media, becoming the first Web producer for the Portland Press Herald and Maine Sunday Telegram in 1995. She now refers to herself as a “recovering journalist.”

Eunice Pomfret Media is her creation, named after her six-times-great-grandmother, whose portrait is now in her home. She lives and works in Portland, Maine, where she serves as staff to two cats.
